Terms of Service
Last updated September 27, 2026
These terms apply to your use of Maze Dash at mazedash.com. By playing or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Maze Dash.
Who can play
Anyone can play without an account. To create an account you must be at least 13 years old, and if you're under 18 you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
Your account
- Keep your login details private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person per account. Don't pretend to be someone else.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
Play fair and be kind
When you use Maze Dash, you agree not to:
- Cheat: use bots, scripts, or modified code, or post fake times.
- Choose a username or picture that is offensive, hateful, sexual, violent, or that copies someone else's.
- Harass, bully, threaten, or spam other players.
- Try to break, overload, or get around the game's security or rules.
- Collect other players' information.
Moderation
Maze Dash uses automatic checks and player reports to keep things safe. We may, without notice, rename usernames, remove pictures, remove leaderboard times, or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. If you think we got something wrong, contact us.
Your content
You keep ownership of the username and picture you upload. You give Maze Dash permission to store and display them in the game (on leaderboards, search, and player cards) for as long as they're on your account. Only upload pictures you have the right to use.
Our content
The Maze Dash game, name, logo, and design belong to Maze Dash. You may share links, screenshots, and maze codes, but please don't copy the game or pass it off as your own.
No guarantees
Maze Dash is free and provided "as is." We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Records, leaderboards, or features may change, be reset, or be removed.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Maze Dash and its owner aren't responsible for indirect or incidental damages, or for any loss of data or records, that come from using the game.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
